The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Skubotics, 2F, Lotus-6, Magnolia City, Barasat.
Goods refer to the services offered for sale on a contractual basis with the society we tie up with.
Orders mean a request by your society to you to pay for the various charges communicated by society to you, via our platform.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Societykit, accessible from https://societykit.in
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
There is no provision of cancelling any payments done via Societykit, and any such requests need to be taken up with your management body in the society, which also would be the origin of the payment/order request.
Still in order to exercise your right of cancellation, if you assume as needed, must be taken up with the society management responsible for installing Societykit services at your society.
